Thorbjörn Olerius scored 1-2 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albano Unzueta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Peter Linkhorst charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Peter Linkhorst the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes ManagerZone Crew got a freekick which was hit by Peter Linkhorst. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Peter Linkhorst to make the kick off. Albano Unzueta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Ununger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nereo Cacheres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pablo-Enrique Alabern could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Patrick Armstrong made a huge save. In the 96th minute Adrian Våleman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Unzueta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
