An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwan Kasiewski in the 18th minute of play forced AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Maurício Bomba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Iwan Kasiewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Bomba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Maurício Bomba was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nils Hopp showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 78 minute of play. In the 81st minute, Peep Pronk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Peep Pronk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Alaaddin Solskjær tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 93 played minutes AC LeX Luthor got a freekick which was hit by Pancho Branca. AC LeX Luthor were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Kurdistan for a fine match.
