Vassilis Nentakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin da Fonseca in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 11th minute of play forced Brazil's goalkeeper Isaac Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaac Ferreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lionel-Andrés Messi, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Vassilis Nentakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin da Fonseca in the 14th minute of play. The supporters of Brazil booed when S.E. Pindorama Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pasha Opara didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin da Fonseca came free, but Vassilis Nentakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20thth minute of the game Benjamin da Fonseca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Vassilis Nentakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benjamin da Fonseca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vassilis Nentakis having to make a save. Isaac Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ştefan Magheran in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Rodrigo Mafra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd match minute, S.E. Pindorama Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Mafra to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin da Fonseca came free, but Vassilis Nentakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaac Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ştefan Magheran in the 38th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Pindorama Eagles's Vassilis Nentakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goalkeeper Vassilis Nentakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benjamin da Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Isaac Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frits van Gaal in the 64th minute of play. Vassilis Nentakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin da Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Ferreirinha dos Santos made in the 76th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Maurinho Mendonça. After some careless play in the Brazil defense, Luis Vasquez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isaac Ferreira. The Brazil fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isaac Ferreira should have stopped the shot. After 84 minutes Brazil's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lionel-Andrés Messi who took care of the corner kick. The corner led S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Rodrigo Mafra to a score. 1-2 in the 84th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maurinho Mendonça in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vassilis Nentakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maurinho Mendonça's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vassilis Nentakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
