If Rogelio Mendiola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonard Treppa scored 1-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luis Täger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Parque Europa FC booed when Tirant lo Blanch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guaberto Rocio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Froilan Reyes made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match, Rogelio Mendiola got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kamal Pahlevi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Parque Europa FC's Froilan Reyes shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 55th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Kamal Pahlevi but with some difficulty. Luis Täger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Treppa in the 59th minute of the match. Kamal Pahlevi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Froilan Reyes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 60 minute of play. Parque Europa FC's Yannick Bartz was substituted for Rogelio Mendiola. 67 minutes into the match, Parque Europa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Treppa came free, but Luis Täger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lionel-Andrés Messi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Kamal Pahlevi made a huge save. In the 74th minute Coronel Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamal Pahlevi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
