After 10 minutes of play, Chile's Ervigio Ojeda made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zachariasz Dudkowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Augusto Estefan struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Enrique Enoch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CRUZ DEL SUR. Augusto Estefan came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Enrique Enoch could save by the left post. Ronnie Odell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrique Enoch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pippin Aguilera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Pippin Aguilera came free, but Enrique Enoch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ervigio Ojeda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Zachariasz Dudkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ervigio Ojeda scored 0-2 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zachariasz Dudkowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Ronnie Odell notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Chile's Enrique Enoch. Enrique Enoch was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ervigio Ojeda was the one to do the kick off. Zachariasz Dudkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ervigio Ojeda in the 55th minute of the match. If Pippin Aguilera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CRUZ DEL SUR made a substitution. Artaç Yavuzalp replaced Ronnie Odell. CRUZ DEL SUR made a substitution. Abundio Manzano replaced Augusto Estefan. CRUZ DEL SUR made a substitution. Pan Lin Zhen replaced Pippin Aguilera. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pan Lin Zhen in the 62nd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Enrique Enoch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Juan Ramírez. 66 minutes into the game, Alfonso Goicoechea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zachariasz Dudkowski. Alfonso Goicoechea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. In the 68th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Soto to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the game, CRUZ DEL SUR's Pan Lin Zhen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enrique Enoch made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Chile's Enrique Enoch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pan Lin Zhen in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind CRUZ DEL SUR's goalkeeper Zachariasz Dudkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zachariasz Dudkowski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carlo Darrigrande showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 79 minute of play. Carlo Darrigrande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Chile's Carlo Darrigrande got a free kick in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the game, Pan Lin Zhen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CRUZ DEL SUR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chile the free kick. In the 94th minute, Pan Lin Zhen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zachariasz Dudkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Goicoechea, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Chants of Chile echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as CRUZ DEL SUR had held the ball for most of the match.
