Emiliano Martínez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Ambjörnsson in the 20th minute of the match. Fecha Libre's Emiliano Martínez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Ambjörnsson in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Fecha Libre's Martins Palermo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pepe Pancho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Fecha Libre's Emiliano Martínez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Mel in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Martins Palermo made a precise shot to the right of Pepe Pancho. Challestone S.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Pepe Pancho came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Fecha Libre's Martins Palermo. But to his dismay, Martins Palermo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Pepe Pancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martins Palermo in the 44th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Fecha Libre's Pepe Pancho threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Martins Palermo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 48th minute, Mark Ambjörnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martins Palermo was the one to do the kick off. Emiliano Martínez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mark Ambjörnsson in the 53rd minute. Emiliano Martínez made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Robert Prosinečki sent off a good shot on target. Edwin Tenorio hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martins Palermo in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pepe Pancho saved Challestone S.C. from getting behind. Robert Prosinečki succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-1 in the 62nd playminute. In the 66th minute Gregorio Mel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Martínez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emiliano Martínez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Robert Prosinečki showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 67 minute of play. Fecha Libre made a substitution. Igli Tare replaced Martins Palermo. Fecha Libre's Ulises Hustaz was substituted for Gaston Caetano. A sloppy throw-in by Edwin Tenorio in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Fecha Libre's Qi Ning Sha. Igli Tare might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pepe Pancho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igli Tare ran back to his position shaking his head. Pepe Pancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igli Tare in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of Challestone S.C. booed when Fecha Libre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavino Hodei didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Edwin Tenorio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Fecha Libre's Kandemir Ülkü quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of Fecha Libre booed when Challestone S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edwin Tenorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Igli Tare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pepe Pancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igli Tare in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igli Tare in the 92nd minute of play forced Challestone S.C.'s goalkeeper Pepe Pancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igli Tare in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pepe Pancho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Igli Tare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pepe Pancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igli Tare, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.

Fecha Libre were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Challestone S.C. for a fine match.
