After a defensive mix-up in KV Schoonwater's zone, Evald Laaneloog stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luke Scheerens came out of the goal and Evald Laaneloog tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sander Raudla in the 5th minute of play forced KV Schoonwater's goalkeeper Luke Scheerens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 minutes, Kim Loozen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KV Schoonwater and the JK Kurevere players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kim Loozen kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Luke Scheerens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Reismaa, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. JK Kurevere's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edvard Põldroos in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantijn Philippaerts in the 13th minute of play forced JK Kurevere's goalkeeper Ragnar Paju to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luke Scheerens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evald Laaneloog in the 15th minute of the match. Raul Reismaa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luke Scheerens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evald Laaneloog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luke Scheerens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evald Laaneloog in the 24th minute of the match. Luke Scheerens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evald Laaneloog, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 30thth minute of the game Evald Laaneloog who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KV Schoonwater's Luke Scheerens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd match minute, JK Kurevere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asso Taelma to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, KV Schoonwater's goal looked a bit too open when Evald Laaneloog came free, but Luke Scheerens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luke Scheerens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sander Raudla in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute JK Kurevere were awarded a corner. Edvard Põldroos went to the cornerflag to take it. JK Kurevere's Edvard Põldroos was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Luke Scheerens in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind KV Schoonwater's goalkeeper Luke Scheerens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 46th minute Evald Laaneloog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luke Scheerens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Luukas Schooters struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Ragnar Paju didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KV Schoonwater. After a rather tough play, KV Schoonwater's Robbin Degryse got a free kick in the 54th minute. KV Schoonwater's Luke Scheerens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save KV Schoonwater from getting a goal against them. If Evald Laaneloog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luke Scheerens was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sander Raudla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 65 minute of play. Ragnar Paju showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantijn Philippaerts, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Sepo Anderson succeeded in the game's 71st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-4. In the 79th minute, Evald Laaneloog reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luke Scheerens. The goal made the score 1-5. Luke Scheerens stood somewhat misplaced when Evald Laaneloog came free in front of goal and shot 1-6 to the left of him in the 84 minute. 87 minutes into the match, Raul Reismaa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luke Scheerens. KV Schoonwater's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raul Reismaa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. Evald Laaneloog could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Luke Scheerens made a huge save. In the 94th minute, Evald Laaneloog made a precise shot to the right of Luke Scheerens. KV Schoonwater's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8.
