The ball had pretty good speed, but Tyge Oehlerich firmly grabbed it by the left post. Xu Li Sang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Tyge Oehlerich made a huge save. Pheonix FC's Jonathan Rosby quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dominik Szoboszlai, made in the 21st minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dobromir Zagrodny in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tyge Oehlerich prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Xu Li Sang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyge Oehlerich having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Pheonix FC's zone, Dobromir Zagrodny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tyge Oehlerich came out of the goal and Dobromir Zagrodny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute Xu Li Sang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyge Oehlerich saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pheonix FC's Tyge Oehlerich proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Pheonix FC from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Dobromir Zagrodny sped through Pheonix FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tyge Oehlerich. Jonathan Rosby kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco van Basten got free with Tyge Oehlerich in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xu Li Sang to strike the kick off in the second half. Pheonix FC's Tyge Oehlerich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serginho Sabóia in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Pheonix FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marco van Basten came free, but Tyge Oehlerich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dobromir Zagrodny was slow to take the kick. During this time Jovens Democratas MZC's players had a chance to rest. Jovens Democratas MZC's André Luiz Medeiros was substituted for Durval de Queirós. In the 73rd minute, Dominik Szoboszlai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Rosby kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Pheonix FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xu Li Sang came free, but Tyge Oehlerich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tyge Oehlerich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giuseppe Negri in the 80th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Pheonix FC's goal looked a bit too open when Giuseppe Negri came free, but Tyge Oehlerich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Carlinhos Tróia came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Jovens Democratas MZC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlinhos Tróia couldn't finish the play. Tyge Oehlerich showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlinhos Tróia, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute Xu Li Sang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyge Oehlerich saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 96 minutes of play, Jovens Democratas MZC's Giuseppe Negri made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
