With his leg Anselmi Saksinen managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when ATLAS Mysłowice's Dariusz Smuskiewicz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tarcisio Quintal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerônimo Lucas having to interfere. Andrzej Dziewedik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 71stth minute of the game Andrzej Dziewedik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Estrela Solitária's Anselmi Saksinen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Tarcisio Quintal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Jerônimo Lucas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anselmi Saksinen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrzej Dziewedik in the 78th minute of the match. Estrela Solitária's Anselmi Saksinen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomir Waldoch in the 81st minute of play. Joélson Carvalho's late challenge caught a ATLAS Mysłowice's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. ATLAS Mysłowice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Witold Wyrzykowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The ATLAS Mysłowice players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
