After 18 minutes Engenheiros da Vila's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bruce Pesch who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Engenheiros da Vila booed when SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zheng Ting Di didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Cirilo Urki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Sérgio Jacinto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Niklas Sauter. That made the score 2-0 in the 38 minute of play. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Niklas Sauter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. from getting a goal against them.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cirilo Urki made a kick off. Cirilo Urki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 56 minutes of play, Engenheiros da Vila's Sérgio Jacinto made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. With a left leg Eriberto Queirós saved Engenheiros da Vila from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Cirilo Urki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eriberto Queirós was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. The throw-in from 沈竞伟 in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s David Pieth. The supporters of Engenheiros da Vila booed when SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Urki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94thth minute of the game Sérgio Jacinto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Niklas Sauter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 96th minute, Sérgio Jacinto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Engenheiros da Vila fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Engenheiros da Vila fans cheered their team off the field, for while SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
