A very good chance for a goal. 9 minutes into the match, Beira Alta's goalkeeper Baltasar Queiroga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dmitry Ilyushin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dmitry Ilyushin in the 19th minute of play forced Beira Alta's goalkeeper Baltasar Queiroga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Walmir Pontes came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Merusca F&P - CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walmir Pontes couldn't finish the play. Baltasar Queiroga came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Walmir Pontes. But to his dismay, Walmir Pontes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Dmitry Ilyushin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baltasar Queiroga having to make a save. 36 minutes into the match, Beira Alta's goal looked a bit too open when Dmitry Ilyushin came free, but Baltasar Queiroga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Dmitry Ilyushin put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Baltasar Queiroga. 42 minutes into the game, Dmitry Ilyushin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Baltasar Queiroga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paulinho Ferreira hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Anacleto Esmit made the kick off in the second half. After 52nd play minutes Dmitry Ilyushin shot 9-0, a short shot which went by Baltasar Queiroga and just under the crossbar into goal. After 57 minutes, Dmitry Ilyushin made it 10-0 with a short kick to the right side. Beira Alta's Baltasar Queiroga tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Baltasar Queiroga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dmitry Ilyushin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walmir Pontes struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Baltasar Queiroga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Merusca F&P - CIMZ. Beira Alta's Baltasar Queiroga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dmitry Ilyushin in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Dmitry Ilyushin made a precise shot to the right of Baltasar Queiroga. Beira Alta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 13-0. Baltasar Queiroga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dmitry Ilyushin's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 14-0 when Dmitry Ilyushin sped through Beira Alta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Baltasar Queiroga. In the 85th minute, Dmitry Ilyushin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Merusca F&P - CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 15-0. The supporters of Beira Alta booed when Merusca F&P - CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Nesta didn't get a good kick on the ball.
