Hugo Fisher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kylian Henry, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute, Nikola Krstović ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristi Miheș was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 39th minute, Kylian Henry left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Armada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Kylian Henry struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Hugo Fisher didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Armada. 46 minutes into the match, Iosif Şiman notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of AFK Petržalka's Hugo Fisher. Hugo Fisher was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iosif Şiman was the one to do the kick off. Hugo Fisher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iosif Şiman in the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, Armada's goal looked a bit too open when Nikola Krstović came free, but Cristi Miheș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Kylian Henry cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Hugo Fisher was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 68 minutes AFK Petržalka's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was David Bitănescu who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that David Bitănescu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hugo Fisher quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. For all the effort they put into the match, the AFK Petržalka players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Armada.
