Bart Villanueva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcelo Gröhe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Hector Spivey managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Canalla de Chicago's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Spivey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Gröhe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rudolf Pendleton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 played minutes El Canalla de Chicago got a freekick which was hit by Martin Tuttle. After a defensive mix-up in Wichita Regulators's zone, Rudolf Pendleton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelo Gröhe came out of the goal and Rudolf Pendleton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Martin Tuttle managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Canalla de Chicago's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Tuttle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Rudolf Pendleton made a precise shot to the right of Marcelo Gröhe. Wichita Regulators's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. When the final whistle sounded El Canalla de Chicago left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Wichita Regulators.
