Charlie Bucket made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Tuttle in the 7th minute. Bart Villanueva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dráuzio Barral went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 24th minute, Martin Tuttle reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Charlie Bucket. The goal made the score 1-1. Bart Villanueva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Barral, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Martin Tuttle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Charlie Bucket tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as El Canalla de Chicago's Brock Burke slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Charlie Bucket. That made the score 2-1 after 35 minutes of play. If Rudolf Pendleton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. El Canalla de Chicago's Bart Villanueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ash Fox in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Charlie Bucket had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Tuttle. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dráuzio Barral was the one to do the kick off. When Tanner Booker fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Canalla de Chicago's protests and gave Tanner Booker a yellow card for diving instead. Tanner Booker kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Bart Villanueva was a little too slow when Dráuzio Barral got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 2-2. Rudolf Pendleton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, El Canalla de Chicago's Lazaro Ragsdale sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Charlie Bucket narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Charlie Bucket didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when El Canalla de Chicago's Rudolf Pendleton shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-2 in the ordered_time% minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lazaro Ragsdale in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charlie Bucket saved Brooklyn SC from getting behind. El Canalla de Chicago's Bart Villanueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Barral in the 85th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Titus Pierson got free with Bart Villanueva in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
