The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 9 played minutes C. A. Pipon Pipon's goal looked a bit too open when Sidney Lin came free, but Clemente Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barry Drummond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Armani having to interfere. After a rather tough play, C. A. Pipon Pipon's Landon Vogt got a free kick in the 16th minute. Clemente Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidney Lin, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raymundo Kirkland in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clemente Armani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Black Knights FC fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Black Knights FC's Raymundo Kirkland looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Clemente Armani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raymundo Kirkland in the 20th minute of the match. Clemente Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barry Drummond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. Pipon Pipon's goalkeeper Clemente Armani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Black Knights FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by George Cao Xiao in the 24th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raymundo Kirkland in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clemente Armani saved C. A. Pipon Pipon from getting behind. In the 26th minute, Raphael Houser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barry Drummond sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Black Knights FC's goal looked a bit too open when Raphael Houser came free, but Trenton Call reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 minutes, Landon Vogt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. Pipon Pipon and the Black Knights FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Clemente Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raymundo Kirkland, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. If Elias Ferguson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, C. A. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 65th match minute, C. A. Pipon Pipon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Landon Vogt to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Marcos Sewell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sidney Lin hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Black Knights FC's Clemente Armani threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Raymundo Kirkland, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Trenton Call showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Sewell, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Sidney Lin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Black Knights FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. A. Pipon Pipon the free kick. After a rather tough play, Black Knights FC's Sidney Lin got a free kick in the 78th minute. Clemente Armani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sidney Lin in the 80th minute. Clemente Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raymundo Kirkland in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Sewell in the 92nd minute of play forced Black Knights FC's goalkeeper Trenton Call to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Maxwell Myrick was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played. The supporters of C. A. Pipon Pipon booed when Black Knights FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxwell Myrick didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Marcos Sewell came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the C. A. Pipon Pipon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcos Sewell couldn't finish the play. The C. A. Pipon Pipon fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Black Knights FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
