Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patrick Fontenot to make the kick off. Cosmos Soccer Club's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Donovan Heath had several of the Brannik's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 93 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Rodney Dill as he didn't even see the shot coming. Albert Hunt kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Cosmos Soccer Club played a much better game than Brannik and deserved their victory. The Brannik players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
