After having played for 29 minutes, Orlando Barnett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Castle Hills FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Barnett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saul Coulter was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rune Rosendahl showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 30 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Barnett in the 41st minute of play forced Farsta FF's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Caspersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 played minutes Castle Hills FC got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Barnett. Orlando Barnett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Åke Caspersson having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 76th minute, Rune Rosendahl left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Farsta FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 82nd minute, Glen Kaplan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saul Coulter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Torsten Petersson's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Orlando Barnett managed to get in a good position for a shot. Castle Hills FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Barnett was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Åke Caspersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Farsta FF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Castle Hills FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
