The Castle Hills FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The supporters of Castle Hills FC booed when Tuyen Quang was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Đoàn Tuan Hoang didn't get a good kick on the ball.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ngô Tuan to strike the kick off in the second half. The Tuyen Quang fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nguyễn Huynh Duc should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Luther Kaplan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nguyễn Huynh Duc. That made the score 0-6 in the 68 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Barnett in the 74th minute of play forced Tuyen Quang's goalkeeper Nguyễn Huynh Duc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duncan Sloan's late challenge caught a Tuyen Quang's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Duncan Sloan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Castle Hills FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Duncan Sloan hit a great ball. In the 79th match minute, Tuyen Quang was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nguyễn Huynh Duc to maneuver through the defense. Orlando Barnett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nguyễn Huynh Duc having to interfere. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tuyen Quang's goalkeeper Nguyễn Huynh Duc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nguyễn Huynh Duc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luther Kaplan in the 85th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Glenn Stinson took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Nguyễn Huynh Duc to make any attempt to save it. 94 minutes into the match, Tuyen Quang's goalkeeper Nguyễn Huynh Duc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Glenn Stinson. The Tuyen Quang fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Castle Hills FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
