No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

After some fancy dribbling in the 50th minute, Ettore Panza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Torre A Mare's supporters rose to their feet, but Ettore Panza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Åke Caspersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alberigo Flocco's late challenge caught a Farsta FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. After 72 minutes Torre A Mare's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Egon Danielsson who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Farsta FF getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Valter Nykvist hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ettore Panza in the 78th minute of play forced Farsta FF's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Caspersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Angelo Ferreri was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 81 minutes had been played. Angelo Ferreri kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Torsten Petersson could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Fabrizio Di Battista however easily saved by the left post. Bror Vinström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Fabrizio Di Battista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th match minute, Farsta FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bror Vinström to maneuver through the defense. Torre A Mare's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
