Karl-Åke Caspersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Zalipski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Farsta FF defense, Leonard Majczyk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl-Åke Caspersson. The Farsta FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl-Åke Caspersson should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Radomir Jaroch sped through Farsta FF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Karl-Åke Caspersson. After the first half FC Filar Adamowizna were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rune Rosendahl to strike the kick off in the second half. Ludomil Cymbal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rune Rosendahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. In the 97th minute Rune Rosendahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomil Cymbal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC Filar Adamowizna supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Filar Adamowizna would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
