In the 9thth minute of the game Stoimen Glavchev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hapoel Natzrat's Motta Alfandari was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, The Institute's Subin Kamberski got a free kick in the 11th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ehud Sulzberger during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ehud Sulzberger hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The Hapoel Natzrat fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Hapoel Natzrat's Ehud Sulzberger looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bobby Tawill in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vitko Shalamanov saved The Institute from getting behind. Vitko Shalamanov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ehud Sulzberger went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 32nd minute, Stoyo Kostakev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Hapoel Natzrat's Ehud Sulzberger slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vitko Shalamanov. That made the score 4-1 after 37 minutes of play. Hapoel Natzrat's Anan Benisti got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stoimen Glavchev made a kick off. After 52nd play minutes Ehud Sulzberger shot 6-1, a short shot which went by Vitko Shalamanov and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bobby Tawill in the 57th minute of play forced The Institute's goalkeeper Vitko Shalamanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noach Aschlag charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Noach Aschlag the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
