Percival Cruz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Stefan Rasiak made a huge save. After 30 played minutes America Futebol Clube SP got a freekick which was hit by Oton Mendez. 31 minutes into the match, America Futebol Clube SP's goalkeeper Stefan Rasiak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romário Barbosa. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Romário Barbosa took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Stefan Rasiak to make any attempt to save it. Stefan Rasiak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romário Barbosa went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when 韩默克 made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, America Futebol Clube SP's goal looked a bit too open when 韩默克 came free, but Stefan Rasiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Allan Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Paulo Koehler in the 62nd minute of play. Palestra do Interior's Vitório Lago was substituted for Romário Barbosa. America Futebol Clube SP made a substitution. Iago Bala replaced Jeronimo Rico. 65 minutes in the game Fang Guang Bang did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Herbert Pankowski.
