The crowd rose to their feet as Miromir Bilicki kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Blair McCormick. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Taquaral Campineiro's goalkeeper Blair McCormick had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvald Kadajas. Albino Steven's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ignacy Hajduk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Blair McCormick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miromir Bilicki in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Yaman Alp left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. After a defensive mix-up in Taquaral Campineiro's zone, Yaman Alp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blair McCormick came out of the goal and Yaman Alp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Blair McCormick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akis Galitsis in the 93rd minute of play. Blair McCormick didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yaman Alp went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score.
