The supporters of Marzagão booed when Brakkies New Bastards was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Joost Van Linthout didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Brakkies New Bastards's János Újfalussy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mieszko Karanowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mieszko Karanowski came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Brakkies New Bastards's Kirk Powderham. But to his dismay, Kirk Powderham quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Brakkies New Bastards were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Marzagão's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Reijniers took the corner. Robben Kints was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Marzagão's Mieszko Karanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kirk Powderham in the 39th minute of play. Mieszko Karanowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kirk Powderham went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 45 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Reijniers came free, but Mieszko Karanowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Murillo do Valle struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Nico Van Meerbek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marzagão. János Újfalussy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mieszko Karanowski having to interfere. Mieszko Karanowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robben Kints, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 64th match minute, Marzagão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dário Toscano to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goal looked a bit too open when Robben Kints came free, but Mieszko Karanowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brakkies New Bastards's Nico Van Meerbek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murillo do Valle in the 73rd minute of play. Marzagão's Mieszko Karanowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Marzagão from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers János Újfalussy in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mieszko Karanowski saved Marzagão from getting behind. With a little luck, Marzagão's Mieszko Karanowski got control of the ball when Robben Kints tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pedro Toledo scored 1-2 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nico Van Meerbek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
