Andrei Chitimia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enes Hezarfen's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute Lüleburgazspor were awarded a corner. Aşık Aytuğ went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Lüleburgazspor's Aşık Aytuğ to fire away a dangerous shot which Andrei Chitimia despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Taliban FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enes Hezarfen came free, but Andrei Chitimia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Lüleburgazspor were awarded a corner. Aşık Aytuğ went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 7th minute, Enes Hezarfen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute Enes Hezarfen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Chitimia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Lüleburgazspor booed when Taliban FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fergani Abdenouz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Enes Hezarfen notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Taliban FC's Andrei Chitimia. Andrei Chitimia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Andrei Chitimia came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Lüleburgazspor's Enes Hezarfen. But to his dismay, Enes Hezarfen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Björklund in the 31st minute of play forced Lüleburgazspor's goalkeeper Tayyar Sanih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tayyar Sanih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Björklund in the 31st minute of play. In the 39th minute Taliban FC were awarded a corner. Abdelmalek Zerara went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Abdelmalek Zerara almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lüleburgazspor's Tayyar Sanih did a great save. 45 minutes into the match, Lüleburgazspor's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Cordareo came free, but Tayyar Sanih reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Aşık Aytuğ managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lüleburgazspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Aşık Aytuğ was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrei Chitimia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tayyar Sanih showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Björklund in the 50th minute of the match. Andrei Chitimia came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Lüleburgazspor's Enes Hezarfen. But to his dismay, Enes Hezarfen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Andrei Chitimia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enes Hezarfen in the 60th minute. Tayyar Sanih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sid Assad in the 61st minute of play. Tayyar Sanih took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohamed Abrika, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Taliban FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Enes Hezarfen scored to the left of an out of position Andrei Chitimia, making the score, 0-4. Taliban FC made a substitution. Jussef Zerara replaced Abdelmalek Zerara. Enes Hezarfen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrei Chitimia having to make a save. 81 minutes into the match, Taliban FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enes Hezarfen came free, but Andrei Chitimia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enes Hezarfen in the 83rd minute of play forced Taliban FC's goalkeeper Andrei Chitimia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrei Chitimia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aşık Aytuğ in the 84th minute. Taliban FC's Andrei Chitimia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enes Hezarfen in the 86th minute of play. After 88 minutes, Djamel Mansouri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Taliban FC and the Lüleburgazspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Taliban FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Djamel Mansouri hit a great ball. Sid Assad's late challenge caught a Lüleburgazspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sid Assad helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Taliban FC's Sid Assad got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Lüleburgazspor supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lüleburgazspor would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
