The audience thought a goal was coming when Douwe de Haan got free with Olov Wahlnäs in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Osdorp FC's Gerwin Aerts slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Olov Wahlnäs. That made the score 1-2 after 87 minutes of play. Osdorp FC made a substitution. Maarten Grol replaced Carlo Windmuller. After a rather tough play, Osdorp FC's Ludomil Sokolski got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Wilfried Henselmans came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Skövde AIK's Chen Ao Fan. But to his dismay, Chen Ao Fan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.
