Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Robertinho Carabajal started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 6 minutes into the game, Robertinho Carabajal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Olov Wahlnäs. Robertinho Carabajal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Olov Wahlnäs came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by AFC Koolkerke's Robertinho Carabajal. But to his dismay, Robertinho Carabajal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Olov Wahlnäs made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robertinho Carabajal in the 14th minute. If Robertinho Carabajal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 16 minutes into the match, Chen Ao Fan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulises Steven. AFC Koolkerke's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chen Ao Fan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 19th minute, Kevin Keegan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulises Steven was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Kurt Hamrin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ulises Steven having to make a save. After 24 minutes AFC Koolkerke's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Chen Ao Fan who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Hjalmar Hägert got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ulises Steven quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ulises Steven showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Keegan, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, AFC Koolkerke's Joseph Smits got a free kick in the 36th minute. Olov Wahlnäs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph Smits, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Skövde AIK's Kevin Keegan in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AFC Koolkerke's goalie prevented a goal. 46 minutes into the game, Skövde AIK's Knut Rudberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ulises Steven made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kevin Keegan was the one to do the kick off. Ulises Steven showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Keegan in the 53rd minute of the match. A collision led to AFC Koolkerke getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Víktor Veloso hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the match, AFC Koolkerke's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Hamrin came free, but Ulises Steven reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Keegan in the 62nd minute of play. Hans Petersson kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Hans Petersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olov Wahlnäs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robertinho Carabajal in the 71st minute of the match. AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Keegan in the 81st minute of play. Ulises Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Keegan in the 83rd minute of play. In the 83rd minute of the match, Kevin Keegan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ulises Steven saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 93rd minute, Tang Di Nan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olov Wahlnäs was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3.
