The supporters of Osdorp FC booed when FFC Merainies 03 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andre Genkenaar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerwin Aerts in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The FFC Merainies 03 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu should have stopped the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Osdorp FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Gongola came free, but Wilfried Henselmans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The FFC Merainies 03 players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Osdorp FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
