The crowd rose to their feet as Dawid Olejarz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Stanny Van Gorp. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Lajos Vadász took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romário Molina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 played minutes Young Ostend United got a freekick which was hit by 秦昂平. In the 15th minute Jason Asselberghs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lajos Vadász saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dawid Olejarz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dawid Olejarz got free with Stanny Van Gorp in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dawid Olejarz was the one to do the kick off. Young Ostend United's Stanny Van Gorp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dawid Olejarz in the 51st minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Young Ostend United's goal looked a bit too open when Dawid Olejarz came free, but Stanny Van Gorp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for North Hill United.
