In the 5th minute Freddy Friebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Béla Borbély saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Zane Beadle in the 7th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Valencia CF Mindszent's Carlos Marchena. Richárd Bodonyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Garry Warden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zsolt Zarka hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Allan Fearns charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Richárd Bodonyi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valencia CF Mindszent's supporters rose to their feet, but Richárd Bodonyi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Garry Warden breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Richárd Bodonyi came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Valencia CF Mindszent fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richárd Bodonyi couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Valencia CF Mindszent's Richárd Bodonyi got a free kick in the 26th minute. Carlos Marchena hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Garry Warden was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and János Dósa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. János Dósa really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Richárd Bodonyi's late challenge caught a Team Pogba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Richárd Bodonyi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Valencia CF Mindszent's Richárd Bodonyi got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 35thth minute of the game Freddy Friebe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Valencia CF Mindszent's Béla Borbély was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After taking down the ball on Team Pogba's corner Chesney Eubank fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Béla Borbély quite easily take care of the ball. If Rich Tinker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Richárd Bodonyi came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Valencia CF Mindszent fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richárd Bodonyi couldn't finish the play. Garry Warden made an important save on a dangerous shot by Richárd Bodonyi in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Richárd Bodonyi to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Chesney Eubank left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Team Pogba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Béla Borbély made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Freddy Friebe sent off a good shot on target. Spike Wheeler kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Zsolt Almási blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Garry Warden having to make a save. 58 minutes into the game, Antony Rockey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Team Pogba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valencia CF Mindszent the free kick. In the 58th match minute, Team Pogba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antony Rockey to maneuver through the defense. Allan Fearns made in the 65th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Zane Beadle however managed to control. Richárd Bodonyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garry Warden having to interfere. Béla Borbély had in the 76thth minute some difficulties stopping Zane Beadle's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Valencia CF Mindszent's Béla Borbély proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Valencia CF Mindszent from getting a goal against them. When Rich Tinker fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Team Pogba's protests and gave Rich Tinker a yellow card for diving instead. After 92 played minutes Team Pogba got a freekick which was hit by Rich Tinker. Freddy Friebe's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Béla Borbély firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Team Pogba's zone, János Dósa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garry Warden came out of the goal and János Dósa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Team Pogba players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
