Beinn McGrath showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aysan Osman, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 23 played minutes Billy Hallam rounded Beşiktaş's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Milano City AFC's Bobby Lagdon got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Beşiktaş's Batuğ Taşkesen got control of the ball when Bobby Lagdon tried to sneak it across the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hugh Addison took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Batuğ Taşkesen. Batuğ Taşkesen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Dylan Holroyd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Batuğ Taşkesen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Beşiktaş's zone, Billy Hallam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Batuğ Taşkesen came out of the goal and Billy Hallam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Billy Hallam to make the kick off. 52 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Beşiktaş's Engin Nurkan fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Beinn McGrath was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Paşa Ali Mahçupyan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 56 minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Beşiktaş's goal looked a bit too open when Billy Hallam came free, but Batuğ Taşkesen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Billy Hallam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 68 minutes, Bobby Lagdon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Milano City AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bobby Lagdon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 72 played minutes Beşiktaş got a freekick which was hit by Sungurhan Kayrahan. After 77 played minutes Milano City AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dylan Holroyd. 81 minutes into the match, Milano City AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Sungurhan Kayrahan came free, but Beinn McGrath reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beinn McGrath showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Engin Nurkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Bobby Lagdon kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 96th minute of the match Dave Sherman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Batuğ Taşkesen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Milano City AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Beşiktaş for a fine match.
