After a defensive mix-up in Milano City AFC's zone, Abel Stanislao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beinn McGrath came out of the goal and Abel Stanislao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abel Stanislao struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Beinn McGrath didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.I.. In the 8th minute, Ismael Ramone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuel Hondo came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Milano City AFC's Billy Hallam. But to his dismay, Billy Hallam quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Bobby Lagdon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Samuel Hondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Saturnino Hernando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute, Abel Stanislao left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.I. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The supporters of Milano City AFC booed when C.A.I. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Cedro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabricio Asteri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Stanislao took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Beinn McGrath. Beinn McGrath dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After 32 played minutes C.A.I. got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Maidana. Billy Hallam blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuel Hondo having to make a save. In the 40th minute, Fabricio Asteri fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Beinn McGrath, passed just outside the right post. When Abel Stanislao came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the C.A.I. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abel Stanislao couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Billy Hallam was the one to do the kick off. After 60 minutes of play, C.A.I.'s Abel Stanislao made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beinn McGrath was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Saturnino Hernando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience held their breath when Shaun Pinder in the 70th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Samuel Hondo's left hand side. Abel Stanislao's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Beinn McGrath read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Abel Stanislao notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Milano City AFC's Beinn McGrath. Beinn McGrath was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabricio Asteri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Beinn McGrath tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Ismael Ramone in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Milano City AFC's Jamie Hamilton. After some careless play in the Milano City AFC defense, Saturnino Hernando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Beinn McGrath. The Milano City AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Beinn McGrath should have stopped the shot. C.A.I.'s Samuel Hondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billy Hallam in the 90th minute of play. C.A.I. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Milano City AFC for a fine match.
