Coconuts FC's Vera Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luke Lockwood in the 28th minute of play forced Coconuts FC's goalkeeper Hector-Luis Iglesia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Athletic Club London FC's Fitz Donnelly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Arieta in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Athletic Club London FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nigel Boyes to maneuver through the defense. Fabricio Arieta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Fitz Donnelly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luke Lockwood kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Athletic Club London FC were furious when Barry Percival was red carded, 41 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 41st minute, one of Athletic Club London FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Athletic Club London FC. The referee gave Coconuts FC a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Vera Andino, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Athletic Club London FC's Fitz Donnelly. 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabricio Arieta was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Coconuts FC's Fabricio Arieta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fitz Donnelly made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Vera Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th match minute, Athletic Club London FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nigel Boyes to maneuver through the defense. The Coconuts FC fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Coconuts FC's Fabricio Arieta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 61st minute, one of Athletic Club London FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Athletic Club London FC. Vera Andino shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 64 minutes into the match, Luke Lockwood had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hector-Luis Iglesia. Coconuts FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luke Lockwood was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. After 66 played minutes Athletic Club London FC got a freekick which was hit by Luke Lockwood. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Vera Andino put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fitz Donnelly. Fabricio Arieta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Vera Andino notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Athletic Club London FC's Fitz Donnelly. Fitz Donnelly was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Athletic Club London FC's goalkeeper Fitz Donnelly, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Athletic Club London FC's Fitz Donnelly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Arieta in the 88th minute of play.
