The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With his leg Roger Magalhães managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Bigadic SK's Gencay Süleyman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 4 minutes into the game, Ahmet Kağan Uyaralp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bigadic SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Key West FC the free kick. 12 minutes into the game, Key West FC's Calvin Yarbrough nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kamuran Sungur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Key West FC's goalkeeper Roger Magalhães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Nuri Oyanalp came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Bigadic SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nuri Oyanalp couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Key West FC's zone, Gencay Süleyman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Magalhães came out of the goal and Gencay Süleyman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute, Calvin Yarbrough ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kamuran Sungur was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Key West FC's goalkeeper Roger Magalhães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luciano Charles charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luciano Charles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Key West FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Luciano Charles hit a great ball. When Key West FC's Calvin Yarbrough in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bigadic SK's goalie prevented a goal. Jacob Tackett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Kamuran Sungur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gencay Süleyman struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Roger Magalhães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bigadic SK. Kamuran Sungur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calvin Yarbrough in the 44th minute of the match. Kamuran Sungur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Calvin Yarbrough's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nuri Oyanalp made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Randall Whitley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Key West FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bigadic SK the free kick. The supporters of Bigadic SK booed when Key West FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Randall Whitley didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute, Randall Whitley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 71 minutes, Tibet Osmanoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bigadic SK and the Key West FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tibet Osmanoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After having played for 74 minutes, Gencay Süleyman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bigadic SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gencay Süleyman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th match minute, Bigadic SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gencay Süleyman to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 89 in the game by Calvin Yarbrough from a close distance when the talented Kamuran Sungur managed to make a qualified save. Bigadic SK's players were relieved. 90 minutes into the game, Anthony Gifford recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kamuran Sungur. Anthony Gifford showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. If Gencay Süleyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Key West FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bigadic SK.
