Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Devon Potter kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Seth England left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The St. Etienne fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 6 minutes into the game, Kyle Hurdle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. St. Etienne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Athletic Club London FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, St. Etienne's Kyle Hurdle got a free kick in the 6th minute. If Devon Potter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Damon Sheldon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joe Ellerby. That made the score 1-1 in the 11 minute of play. Damon Sheldon succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 16th playminute. Harvey Branch kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Devon Potter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joe Ellerby having to interfere. Joe Ellerby was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Damon Sheldon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Damon Sheldon really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Fitz Donnelly stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Harvey Branch's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. A collision led to Athletic Club London FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Nigel Boyes hit a great ball. Joel Castledine's late challenge caught a Athletic Club London FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Castledine helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th match minute, St. Etienne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Castledine to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

A collision led to Athletic Club London FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Luke Lockwood hit a great ball. Damon Sheldon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joe Ellerby having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marek Chilton during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute of the match Nicholas Langdon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joe Ellerby showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fitz Donnelly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seth England in the 58th minute of play. Damon Sheldon took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joe Ellerby. Joe Ellerby dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Joe Ellerby made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Devon Potter in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, St. Etienne's goal looked a bit too open when Damon Sheldon came free, but Joe Ellerby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harvey Branch in the 70th minute of play forced Athletic Club London FC's goalkeeper Fitz Donnelly to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Seth England received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Fitz Donnelly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Damon Sheldon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joe Ellerby was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Fitz Donnelly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seth England in the 79th minute of the match. After having played for 80 minutes, Damon Sheldon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Athletic Club London FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damon Sheldon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, St. Etienne's goal looked a bit too open when Luke Lockwood came free, but Joe Ellerby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joe Ellerby showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Devon Potter in the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nigel Boyes in the 88th minute of play forced St. Etienne's goalkeeper Joe Ellerby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joe Ellerby made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damon Sheldon in the 90th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, St. Etienne's goal looked a bit too open when Luke Lockwood came free, but Joe Ellerby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, one of St. Etienne:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for St. Etienne. Joe Ellerby made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Devon Potter in the 98th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Athletic Club London FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
