Beerschot VAC got a freekick which was hit by Zackary Driver. 14 minutes into the game, Karahalli's Ahmet Emir Ayvazoğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stefan Gunn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Karahalli's Balaban Cansoy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Karahalli from getting a goal against them. K. Beerschot VAC's Zackary Driver got his second yellow card of the match in the 23rd minute. The referee ordered Zackary Driver off the ground. The long shot by Paşa Gökkuşağı in the 73rd minute really tested Stefan Gunn's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When Travis Beckwith got free in front of the goal in the 79th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Balaban Cansoy was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Rodd Soussan charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodd Soussan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Karahalli booed when K.
