Bigadic SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.I. the free kick. The supporters of C.A.I. booed when Bigadic SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gencay Süleyman didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Innocenzio in the 9th minute of play forced Bigadic SK's goalkeeper Kamuran Sungur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, C.A.I.'s Patricio Fernandes got a free kick in the 9th minute. C.A.I.'s Rogelio Bihar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuri Oyanalp in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute İsmail Çelen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Bihar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to C.A.I. getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Samuel Hondo hit a great ball. In the 16th minute of the match Atilla Bumin Kayacan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rogelio Bihar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 18th match minute, Bigadic SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İsmail Çelen to maneuver through the defense. İsmail Çelen's late challenge caught a C.A.I.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. İsmail Çelen helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of C.A.I. booed when Bigadic SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Ege Ahsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Fabricio Asteri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.I.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabricio Asteri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Bigadic SK's goalkeeper Kamuran Sungur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicasio Efren. 31 minutes into the match, Nicasio Efren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kamuran Sungur. Bigadic SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicasio Efren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Nicasio Efren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kamuran Sungur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Bigadic SK's goalkeeper Kamuran Sungur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicasio Efren. After 40 played minutes Bigadic SK got a freekick which was hit by İsmail Çelen. Rogelio Bihar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Kağan Uyaralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 played minutes C.A.I. got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Innocenzio. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicasio Efren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Bigadic SK's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Stanislao came free, but Kamuran Sungur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogelio Bihar made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Gencay Süleyman sent off a good shot on target. When Patricio Fernandes came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the C.A.I. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Fernandes couldn't finish the play. Abel Stanislao blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kamuran Sungur having to make a save. Nicasio Efren scored 3-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kamuran Sungur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 93 minutes into the match, C.A.I.'s Nicasio Efren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kamuran Sungur narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
