Fulgencio Gartzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santiago Nataniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, La Gallardeta's goal looked a bit too open when Gerd Treial came free, but Belchior Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Belchior Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taaniel Hill in the 25th minute of the match. Brown Puerto Madryn were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after La Gallardeta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eleuterio Sedeni took the corner. In the 27th minute, Fulgencio Gartzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Gallardeta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. A collision led to Brown Puerto Madryn getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Gerard Pique hit a great ball. Eleuterio Sedeni hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. A long shot from Alessio Scandella in the 47th minute of play was well struck, but Santiago Nataniel made a really good save at the right post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fulgencio Gartzi to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, La Gallardeta's goal looked a bit too open when Gerd Treial came free, but Belchior Saldanha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 53 played minutes Brown Puerto Madryn got a freekick which was hit by Gerard Pique. Gerd Treial could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Belchior Saldanha made a huge save. Santiago Nataniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Gartzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Santiago Nataniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Olof Eliasson in the 66th minute of the match. Brown Puerto Madryn's Muharrem Duman was substituted for Rodrigo De Paul. After 76 minutes, Gerard Pique mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brown Puerto Madryn and the La Gallardeta players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of La Gallardeta booed when Brown Puerto Madryn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerard Pique didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute Ladislao Salvidor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Belchior Saldanha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Olof Eliasson might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Nataniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan-Olof Eliasson ran back to his position shaking his head. 91 minutes into the match, Brown Puerto Madryn's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Olof Eliasson came free, but Santiago Nataniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Brown Puerto Madryn's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Gartzi came free, but Santiago Nataniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Many of Brown Puerto Madryn's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose.
