The corner led La Gallardeta's Alessio Scandella to fire away a dangerous shot which José Miguel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Karl-Michael Melander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Belchior Saldanha having to make a save. Karl-Michael Melander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Belchior Saldanha made a huge save. A sloppy throw-in by Zacarias Paz in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by C.A.M.P's Cirilo Botello. 76 minutes into the match, La Gallardeta's Jan-Olof Eliasson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Miguel narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
