In the 9th minute, Koča Kafarov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Erauso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Lu Zhen Sheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radu Fetea, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Adilson Rocha hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Alijilán returns's goalkeeper Victor Erauso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 24thth minute of the game Wang Cheng Xiang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DREAM TEAM WORLD's Lu Zhen Sheng was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wang Cheng Xiang in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lu Zhen Sheng saved DREAM TEAM WORLD from getting behind. If Koča Kafarov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Victor Erauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koča Kafarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Victor Erauso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Koča Kafarov went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. A throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game was made by Kieth Van Damme with Radu Fetea as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Lu Zhen Sheng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save DREAM TEAM WORLD from getting a goal against them. Victor Erauso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koča Kafarov in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute of the match DREAM TEAM WORLD got a corner. Alijilán returns's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luiz Fabiano Castro ran over to the corner to take the kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wang Cheng Xiang was the one to do the kick off. Victor Erauso made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Koča Kafarov sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute, Koča Kafarov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victor Erauso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Otto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Wang Cheng Xiang came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Alijilán returns fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wang Cheng Xiang couldn't finish the play. 62 minutes into the game, Wiktor Bielatowicz threw the ball into play from the sideline. Alijilán returns's Kieth Van Damme quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 66th minute, Koča Kafarov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Victor Erauso. The goal made the score 0-3. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Paulo Jon was substituted for Elpidio Curcio. Alijilán returns made a substitution. Sly Noble replaced Kieth Van Damme. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wang Cheng Xiang in the 73rd minute of play forced DREAM TEAM WORLD's goalkeeper Lu Zhen Sheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Waldemar Cardozo notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Alijilán returns's Victor Erauso. Victor Erauso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lu Zhen Sheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wang Cheng Xiang in the 84th minute of play. Waldemar Cardozo struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Victor Erauso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DREAM TEAM WORLD. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Gaute in the 94th minute of play forced DREAM TEAM WORLD's goalkeeper Lu Zhen Sheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Waldemar Cardozo got free with Victor Erauso in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The DREAM TEAM WORLD supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing DREAM TEAM WORLD would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
