In the 9th minute Carel Rokeloos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vladimiro Jerold in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melquiades Mambru saved MORPH from getting behind. Los Gallos's Anacleto Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Berdaitz in the 22nd minute of play. Teo Paez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Horado having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carel Rokeloos in the 30th minute of play forced Los Gallos's goalkeeper Anacleto Horado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Carel Rokeloos came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the MORPH fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carel Rokeloos couldn't finish the play. Anastasio Lluques made in the 42nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Los Gallos's Fernando Polo. 42 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Jerold recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Melquiades Mambru. Vladimiro Jerold showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 47 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Jerold notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of MORPH's Melquiades Mambru. Melquiades Mambru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When Bernt Drake fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MORPH's protests and gave Bernt Drake a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th match minute, MORPH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernt Drake to maneuver through the defense. MORPH's Paulo Eguen was substituted for Carel Rokeloos. MORPH's attentive Bernt Drake managed to snatch the ball when Ulisses Miranda made a throw-in in the 69th minute of the game. 74 minutes in the game Ulisses Miranda did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Leonel Libertad. The throw-in from Ulisses Miranda in the 85th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MORPH's Bernt Drake. In the 87th minute of the game, Isidro Lano landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Ulisses Miranda's late challenge caught a MORPH's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulisses Miranda helped the player get up and apologised. Ulisses Miranda hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Many of MORPH's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. MORPH may have spent more time on the ball, but Los Gallos were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
