Los Delfines's Matías Patrone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Los Delfines from getting a goal against them. Lu Zhen Sheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 11th minute of play. With his leg Matías Patrone managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when DREAM TEAM WORLD's Koča Kafarov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Los Delfines's Matías Patrone got control of the ball when Koča Kafarov tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Delfines's goalkeeper Matías Patrone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Charlie Grantham kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Lu Zhen Sheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 25th minute of play. If Koča Kafarov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Koča Kafarov got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Lu Zhen Sheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 34th minute of play. When Lu Bin Yuan came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Los Delfines fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lu Bin Yuan couldn't finish the play. 39 minutes into the match, Los Delfines's goalkeeper Matías Patrone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Koča Kafarov. José Luis Brown hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

Lu Zhen Sheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 58th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, José Luis Brown hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Los Delfines made a substitution. Zachary Pliszka replaced Oliver Bierhoff. When DREAM TEAM WORLD's Koča Kafarov in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Delfines's goalie prevented a goal. After 67 played minutes Los Delfines got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Orzaize. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Paulo Jon was substituted for Elpidio Curcio. Oscar Orzaize kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Los Delfines's Dani Cáceres got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute, Luiz Fabiano Castro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Lu Zhen Sheng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save DREAM TEAM WORLD from getting a goal against them. Matías Patrone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldemar Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the game, Zachary Pliszka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Lu Zhen Sheng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A sloppy throw-in by Hilario Asteri in the 84th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by DREAM TEAM WORLD's Wiktor Bielatowicz. Lu Zhen Sheng made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Zachary Pliszka sent off a good shot on target. Zachary Pliszka did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Lu Zhen Sheng 95 minutes into the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Los Delfines had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
