The referee ignored C.A.M.P's protests and gave Benicio Maties a yellow card for diving instead. Benicio Maties kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. José Miguel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aybek Orcun, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 16 minutes, Matias Rodas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A.M.P and the Marlin FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Marlin FC booed when C.A.M.P was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Rodas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, C.A.M.P's Adolfo Mendiko got a free kick in the 17th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giovanni Rana got free with José Miguel in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juan Carlos Alvarez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Şehzade Afgan's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Juan Carlos Alvarez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Maties in the 30th minute of play. In the 34thth minute of the game Linus Fredriksson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A.M.P's José Miguel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 36th minute Benedykt Pyrzyce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Carlos Alvarez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Linus Fredriksson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. José Miguel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benedykt Pyrzyce made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Linus Fredriksson notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of C.A.M.P's José Miguel. José Miguel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.M.P's zone, Fermin Arixo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Miguel came out of the goal and Fermin Arixo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. C.A.M.P made a substitution. Matia Sule replaced Mauricio Osmundo. C.A.M.P's José Miguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanni Rana in the 65th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, C.A.M.P's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Arixo came free, but José Miguel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.A.M.P's José Miguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Arixo in the 73rd minute of play. Şehzade Afgan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Carlos Alvarez having to interfere.
