Arif Nihat Yıldıray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grabiel Escorcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Estación Q.'s Arif Nihat Yıldıray got control of the ball when Grabiel Escorcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Nacional's Juaneizu Merida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrzej Zapolski in the 56th minute of play. After some careless play in the Nacional defense, Benicio Beliran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juaneizu Merida. The Nacional fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juaneizu Merida should have stopped the shot.
