In the 5th minute of the game Telmo Nogueira made a throw-in which Pedro Domingues played forward. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Roberto Eztebe successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Roberto Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albeiro Usuriaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Lino Rios made a precise shot to the right of Zorko Quack. Natus Vincere F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 14 minutes AFC FUSION's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Orvar Carlsson who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Orvar Carlsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roberto Eztebe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 17th minute, Albeiro Usuriaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roberto Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taribo West, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 24th minute of the game was made by Telmo Nogueira with Kjetil-André Digernes as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Pedro Domingues in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Roberto Eztebe, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Pedro Dominguess short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Roberto Eztebe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Taribo West could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Roberto Eztebe made a huge save. In the 29th minute, Lino Rios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zorko Quack was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 36thth minute of the game Lino Rios who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Natus Vincere F.C.'s Zorko Quack was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lino Rios spun around in front of the goal 37 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Natus Vincere F.C.'s goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Domingues got free with Roberto Eztebe in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Pedro Domingues made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute Albeiro Usuriaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 51st minute, Dawid Beckham ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zorko Quack was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When Lino Rios came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the AFC FUSION fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Rios couldn't finish the play. Roberto Eztebe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute, Lino Rios got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Natus Vincere F.C. made a substitution. Gualterio Mede replaced Pedro Domingues. Natus Vincere F.C. made a substitution. Fulgencio Matia replaced Kjetil-André Digernes. Lino Rios in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Christoff Stocks could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Zorko Quack made a huge save. Albeiro Usuriaga might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roberto Eztebe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albeiro Usuriaga ran back to his position shaking his head. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albeiro Usuriaga in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd minute Christoff Stocks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zorko Quack saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched AFC FUSION eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
