Gabriele Batistuta started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Urko FC got a freekick which was hit by Leon Manny. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabriele Batistuta in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó saved Urko FC from getting behind. The corner ended in Primitivo Rocendo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Urko FC's Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó did a great save. In the 10th minute, Menchu FC's Gabriele Batistuta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó. Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Gabriele Batistuta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Urko FC's Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Urko FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabriele Batistuta got free with Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Menchu FC's Camilo Salvidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Bilos in the 19th minute of play. Alonzo Rito took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Camilo Salvidor. Camilo Salvidor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When Gabriele Batistuta came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Menchu FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriele Batistuta couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the match, Urko FC's Alonzo Rito sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Camilo Salvidor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Menchu FC's Gabriele Batistuta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó. Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Menchu FC's Arturo Roderigo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leonel Gamus, made in the 46th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alonzo Rito to make the kick off. Camilo Salvidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Rito, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. The audience was convinced that Caetano Linhares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After 64 minutes of play, Menchu FC's Gabriele Batistuta made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Menchu FC fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Menchu FC's Gabriele Batistuta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Menchu FC's Eulalio Fidensio was substituted for Arturo Roderigo. In the 72nd minute Gabriele Batistuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gabriele Batistuta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodrigo-Nicolas Massó was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Menchu FC's Caetano Linhares got a free kick in the 82nd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Menchu FC fully deserved thier win.
