Shane Portway showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Miodek in the 6th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Guga Simão notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Scarborough AFC's Shane Portway. Shane Portway was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Scarborough AFC's Shane Portway played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michail Bakunin in the 10th minute of play. The Punisher's Chen Quan Zheng was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Shane Portway in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 16 played minutes Scarborough AFC got a freekick which was hit by Graeme Farrow. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Edgar Miodek managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Punisher's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Miodek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Shane Portway breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Scarborough AFC's Shane Portway played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Miodek in the 27th minute of play. The Punisher were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Scarborough AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chen Quan Zheng took the corner. 32 minutes into the game, Michail Bakunin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Shane Portway was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guga Simão in the 37th minute of play forced Scarborough AFC's goalkeeper Shane Portway to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ke Kun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vince Burgess in the 39th minute of play. The Punisher's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Vince Burgess scored to the left of an out of position Ke Kun, making the score, 1-3. Edgar Miodek took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Shane Portway. Shane Portway dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Guga Simão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Shane Portway showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Miodek, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgar Miodek made a kick off. Iain Keane's late challenge caught a The Punisher's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iain Keane helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th match minute, Scarborough AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iain Keane to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Scarborough AFC's Ricky Crooks got a free kick in the 57th minute. Shane Portway was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Chen Quan Zheng. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Miodek in the 60th minute of play forced Scarborough AFC's goalkeeper Shane Portway to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vince Burgess sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Shane Portway managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when The Punisher's Edgar Miodek fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When The Punisher's Edgar Miodek in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Punisher's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The crowd rose to their feet as The Punisher's Edgar Miodek slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Shane Portway. That made the score 1-5 after 72 minutes of play. The Punisher made a substitution. Nilton Tavares replaced Edgar Miodek. A collision led to Scarborough AFC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Ian Keane hit a great ball. The Punisher's Carlos Azevedo was substituted for Tomasz Smolak. In the 79th match minute, Scarborough AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Keane to maneuver through the defense. If Nilton Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nilton Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chen Quan Zheng kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Nilton Tavares received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Shane Portway came out and tried to block the shot, but Nilton Tavares slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 88th minute. In the 94th minute, Adriano Seabra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shane Portway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Paraense in the 96th minute of play. The Punisher's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chen Quan Zheng in the 99th minute. The Punisher's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
