Ladislav Telepovský showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Heidemann in the 7th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Brazil's Doriva Sousa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ladislav Telepovský narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 10th minute Juvenal dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Brazil booed when Grêmio Santo André was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grêmio Santo André's Ladislav Telepovský proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Grêmio Santo André from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Grêmio Santo André's Ladislav Telepovský got control of the ball when Leandro Heidemann tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leandro Heidemann took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ladislav Telepovský. Ladislav Telepovský dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 25 minutes into the match, Juvenal dos Santos notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Brazil's Isaac Ferreira. Isaac Ferreira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leandro Heidemann got free with Ladislav Telepovský in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd match minute, Grêmio Santo André was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Oliverio to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 33 in the game by Leandro Heidemann from a close distance when the talented Ladislav Telepovský managed to make a qualified save. Grêmio Santo André's players were relieved. Jeferson Santana succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. Ladislav Telepovský made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celsinho Perez in the 41st minute of play. Brazil were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Grêmio Santo André's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rafa de Almeida took the corner. Brazil's Rafa de Almeida was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ladislav Telepovský in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbson Eger in the 56th minute of play forced Grêmio Santo André's goalkeeper Ladislav Telepovský to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ladislav Telepovský showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Sousa in the 57th minute of the match. Ladislav Telepovský came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Brazil's Róbson Eger. But to his dismay, Róbson Eger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Ladislav Telepovský showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celsinho Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 71st minute of the match, Juvenal dos Santos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isaac Ferreira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 72 minutes into the match, Brazil's goal looked a bit too open when Jeferson Santana came free, but Isaac Ferreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Róbson Eger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ladislav Telepovský tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute Doriva Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislav Telepovský saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ladislav Telepovský took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Heidemann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brazil's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rafa de Almeida in the 85th minute. A nice corner shot did that Rafa de Almeida got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ladislav Telepovský quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 87 minutes into the match, Brazil's goalkeeper Isaac Ferreira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeferson Santana. After 88 minutes, Lauro Vaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grêmio Santo André and the Brazil players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lauro Vaz kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Brazil were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Grêmio Santo André's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rafa de Almeida took the corner.
