The corner led Pezerik's Jelle Temmerman to fire away a dangerous shot which Waud De Geyter despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match, Octavian Rutgeerts tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Waud De Geyter saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jacob Vrancx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Carberry in the 26th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benjamin Carberry made a kick off. 60 minutes into the match, Pezerik's goalkeeper Jacob Vrancx had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loid De Keuster. The audience was convinced that Fred Vanderhaege's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waud De Geyter was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Damazy Radzyminski scored 0-1 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacob Vrancx, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 73 minutes into the match, Pezerik's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Carberry came free, but Jacob Vrancx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 played minutes Silver Squad AFC got a freekick which was hit by Laurence Soens. If Octavian Rutgeerts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacob Vrancx made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin Carberry in the 80th minute. Jacob Vrancx was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Damazy Radzyminski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 82 minute of play. Jacob Vrancx made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Loid De Keuster sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Carberry in the 86th minute of play forced Pezerik's goalkeeper Jacob Vrancx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, Pezerik's Ismael Marques seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ismael Marques the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pezerik protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ismael Marques had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Loid De Keuster fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacob Vrancx having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Apostolis Lagidis during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 97 played minutes Pezerik got a freekick which was hit by Apostolis Lagidis. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Silver Squad AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
