Yin Hong Fan was slow to take the kick. During this time Quebracho FC's players had a chance to rest. Epaminondas Baba might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexander Van Houdtvinck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Epaminondas Baba ran back to his position shaking his head. Petr Čech made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicanor Flores in the 21st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Batalhão do Peçanha's zone, Nicanor Flores stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Petr Čech came out of the goal and Nicanor Flores tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Nicanor Flores managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quebracho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicanor Flores was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petr Čech breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Batalhão do Peçanha getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Epaminondas Baba hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Nicanor Flores ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petr Čech was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 41 minutes into the match, Batalhão do Peçanha's goal looked a bit too open when Alessio Borrelli came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petr Čech made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicanor Flores in the 44th minute. Pranas Užkuraitis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pranas Užkuraitis to make the kick off. Quebracho FC made a substitution. Nereo Florian replaced Nicanor Flores. Quebracho FC made a substitution. Wouter De Brouwer replaced German Liher. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nereo Florian in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petr Čech prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Batalhão do Peçanha's Pranas Užkuraitis in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Quebracho FC's goalie prevented a goal. Vânderson Vasconcelos made a great header on Batalhão do Peçanha's corner, it was just that Quebracho FC's Alexander Van Houdtvinck managed to reach the ball for a save. Petr Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from He Yi Yuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute Nereo Florian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petr Čech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from He Yi Yuan in the 80th minute of the match. Pranas Užkuraitis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Quebracho FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Pranas Užkuraitis scored to the left of an out of position Alexander Van Houdtvinck, making the score, 2-1. Barr Eira kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After 93 minutes of play, Quebracho FC's He Yi Yuan made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petr Čech was left in no man's land by his defense there!

It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Quebracho FC had played much better football throughout.
